David Flaschen
Flaschen has more than 15 years experience in the information
services industry. From 1997 to 1999 he was the president
and chief executive officer of Thompson Financial, a $1.3
billion information services company focused on the financial
industry. Previously, he served as chairman and chief executive
officer of Donnelley Marketing Inc., a venture-capital backed
consumer information services company, which was acquired
by First Data Corporation (FDC). Before this, he spent 10
years with Dun & Bradstreet serving as president and chief
operating officer of A.C. Nielson (ART), North America, and
held senior management positions at IMS (RX) and DataQuest
(IT).
Flaschen holds a master's degree in entrepreneurial management
from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania
and a bachelor's degree in psychology from Brown University.
Following his undergraduate studies, Flaschen was a first-round
draft pick in the North American Soccer League.

Michael Fleisher
Fleisher is president and CEO of Gartner, the international
technology research firm. Before being named president and
CEO, he served in a number of roles at Gartner, including
chief financial officer, and held executive positions in the
finance and administration, emerging businesses, worldwide
events and business development divisions.
Fleisher's previous business experience includes working
as an associate at Information Partners, a venture-capital
firm, and as a consultant at Bain & Company, a strategic-consulting
firm. He serves as a board member for TruSecure Corporation,
KnowledgeSoft and Technology Education Network.
Fleisher holds a bachelor's degree in economics from the
Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
Lou Gerken
Gerken is the founder and president of Gerken Capital Associates,
a privately held investment bank formed in 1989. He has extensive
management, financial and information-technology venture-capital
experience with a number of companies, including Prudential
Securities, Montgomery Securities and Wells Fargo. He has
also held executive positions with TCG International, GT Capital
Management Corporation and The Bank of California. He is an
active board member of a number of domestic and international
private equity funds.
Gerken holds a master's degree in business administration
from Southern Methodist University's Graduate School of Business,
a master's degree in international business from the American
Graduate School and a bachelor's degree in economics.
John Imlay
Imlay is chairman of Imlay Investments Inc. Before founding
the company, he was chairman of Dun & Bradstreet Software
Services Inc., and served as chairman and CEO of Management
Science America Inc., a predecessor of Dun & Bradstreet Software
Services. Imlay is currently a board member of several companies,
including Gartner, IMS Health, The Atlanta Falcons and Metromedia
International Group Inc. He holds a bachelor's degree in industrial
management from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
Ed Kfoury
Kfoury is a retired division president and corporate officer
of IBM. He is currently affiliated with American National
Rubber, the Maine Audubon Society, Dendrite Corp., Mapics
Inc., The Nature Conservancy-Maine Chapter and PhycoGen. Kfoury
is the co-founder and president of Rangeley Lakes Heritage
Trust, as well as managing partner of Stony Batter Enterprises.
Greg Reyes
Reyes is a private investor and management consultant with
extensive experience in the technology industry. He is chairman
and CEO of Sunward Technologies Inc., and chairman and CEO
of American Semiconductor Equipment Technologies. Reyes is
also chairman of Sync Research and is a director for several
privately held companies, including Go Digital Networks, Nuera
Communications, Shopeaze.com, Bidland.com, Storagepoint.com
and C-Cube Microsystems.
Reyes holds a bachelor's degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic
Institute and a master's degree from Stevens Institute of
Technology.
Bill Turner
Turner is chairman of Faroudja, McCabe & Associates and
is co-manager and co-founder of Signature Capital LLC. In
addition, he is chairman and CEO of Turner & Partners, an
investment-banking, strategy and management-consulting firm.
He previously served as an affiliate at Spencer Trask, a leading
venture-capital investment firm in New York, where he played
a senior role in guiding investment decisions in a number
of early-stage growth information technology businesses. Turner
currently serves as a director of Acoustic Technologies, Additech,
Hand Technologies, VIRxSYS, Netnumber.com and Freddie Mac.
Sol Trujillo
Trujillo is a former chairman, president and CEO of U.S.
WEST Inc. Prior to this, he served in a number of roles in
the company, including president and CEO of U.S. WEST Communications
Group, president and CEO of U.S. WEST Marketing Resources
and president of U.S. WEST Small Business Services. He has
held a variety of positions in marketing, operations and public
policy throughout his telecommunications career, which he
began as a business forecaster in Cheyenne, Wyo., in 1974.
Trujillo serves on the corporate boards of Dayton Hudson Corporation
and Bank of America. He is a governor of the World Economic
Forum for the information technology industry and is a member
of the National Security Telecommunications Council.
